Intro: A Postpartum Journey

WELCOME!
Hello! Today is the first day of really starting to develop my website. By the time you're reading or seeing this, it will be functional and a great tool for something big I am working on. I wanted to talk a bit about my current project: Favored Feedings.
I intend for Favored Feedings to be real postpartum support for my area and online. I want to find good products that big corporate has marked up and make them affordable. I want to launch a Youtube channel where I talk about various topics. By February 2025 I should be finished with my Postpartum Doula certification and dependent on getting 500 clinical hours, the plan is to become an IBCLC by Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 has the test is only held twice a year and one has to apply 5 months in advanced.
When I look back at the last few years, I find it hard to remember much before my days in the Army. I suffered a pelvic injury after decided I was going to do a full 20 years in the military. Funny how things don't workout and it's for the better sometimes. Afterwards and since I have been on a journey of fulfillment. Professionally, I have yet to find it. I breastfed both of my babies for a year each and found myself still in the mom groups over 6 months later talking about breastfeeding. My oldest is 3 and my youngest is 1.5 currently. I still think about my postpartum experience. It's something a woman doesn't forget, unless it's the only thing she can't remember. I firmly believe it is something that should be reflected on a treasured. Postpartum Anxiety or Depression are not something to take lightly, to the mamas who are reading and know, I see you.
